IFS Counselling & Psychotherapy

Welcome, my name is Gayle Williamson. I’m an accredited member of the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP) and offer individual Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy for persons over the age of 18, IFS group supervision, IFS consultation sessions and IFS group training for practitioners in a comfortable environment in Phibsboro, Dublin 7, as well as online via Zoom.

THERE are many reasons why people choose to enter therapy and I appreciate that it’s often not an easy decision to make. I have a special interest in trauma as well as anxiety, which is so prevalent among people of all ages; and I’m passionate about equipping clients with the skills to heal.

A key component of this is helping clients to develop a better, more compassionate relationship with the different parts of themselves.

At Ferney House, I offer Internal Family Systems therapy, IFS training and IFS group supervision, and the issues I work with include:

  • Anxiety and panic attacks
  • Stress
  • Abuse and trauma
  • Chronic pain
  • Depression
  • Poor self-esteem and lack of confidence
  • Grief and loss
  • Anger
  • Personal development
